Nori w/Ginger Tofu Scramble

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 lb fresh tofu
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2 Tbsp Nori w/Ginger Sea Seasonings
Soy sauce
Roasted sesame seeds

Method

1. Crumble the tofu into a lightly oiled skillet and mash with a fork.

2. Simmer for a few minutes, and add a small amount of water for a softer texture.

3. Stir in the nutritional yeast flakes and Nori w/Ginger.

4. Add a dash of soy sauce and/or sprinkle on some roasted sesame seeds.
