This simple, yet decadent sauce will liven up any pasta shape and can be modified to your tastes. We love adding mushrooms and fresh basil, but any seasonal vegetables or protein can complete this dish.

Ingredients

1/2 C Unsalted Butter

1 1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream

2 tsp Minced Garlic
-
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
-
1 tsp Sea Salt with Sea Veg

1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper, or more, to taste

2 C Grated Parmesan
-
2 T Dulse, snipped into pieces (Regular or Smoked)
Directions
In a saucepan, melt the Butter
Add the Cream
Simmer for 2 minutes
Whisk in the Garlic & other seasonings
Whisk in the Parmesan
Stir in the Dulse
Serve immediately over your favorite pasta dish
