Yield:   Approximately 2 entree servings or 4 side servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 Cups Cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots, grated
  • 1/4 Scallions, finely sliced
  • Dulse Granules or Flakes, to taste

Dressing:

  • 2 1/2 T Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 1 T Rice Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh Ginger Root, grated
  • 1/3 tsp Garlic, minced

Optional Additions:

  • 2 oz Sprouted Tofu, julienned
  • 1/4 Cup Celery, sliced
  • 1/2 T Toasted Sesame Seeds

Method:

Blend together all dressing ingredients and set aside. Combine all other ingredients and toss with the dressing. Top with Sesame Seeds, if using, and a few scallion slices. Serve and ENJOY!
