A quick and delicious side dish you can make with your choice of sea seasonings or Dulse Flakes.

Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups Cabbage, thinly shredded

1/2 Cup Carrots, grated

1/4 Scallions, finely sliced
-
Dulse Granules or Flakes, to taste
Dressing:
-
2 1/2 T Vegetable Oil
-
1 1/2 tsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
-
1 T Rice Vinegar
-
1 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
-
1/4 tsp Fresh Ginger Root, grated
-
1/3 tsp Garlic, minced
Optional Additions:
-
2 oz Sprouted Tofu, julienned
-
1/4 Cup Celery, sliced
-
1/2 T Toasted Sesame Seeds
Directions
Blend together all dressing ingredients and set aside
Combine all other ingredients and toss with the dressing
Top with sesame seeds, if using, and a few scallion slices
