Yield: 4, 4 oz Butter Balls
Start with 1 lb of your favorite UNSALTED Butter, quartered. Allow the Butter to come to room temperature. The below flavor combinations are measured to be mixed with 1 stick of butter, but can be adjusted according to your taste. Simply mix with the butter until combined. Place butter in the center of a piece of plastic wrap and form into a ball. Allow to chill in fridge until ready to serve.
- Alaria Butter: 1 T Whole Leaf Alaria, snipped into small pieces with scissors and 1 1/2 tsp Alaria Powder
- Maple-Kelp-Cayenne: 1 T Maple Sugar, 2 tsp Kelp-Cayenne Sea Seasoning, and 1/2 tsp Cayenne Powder
- Dulse-Garlic Sea Seasoning: 1-2 T
- Smoked Dulse: 1/4 C Applewood Smoked Dulse snipped into small pieces
