Sea-Seasoned Dry Rub Recipe
This is a great cajun-style dry rub to flavor spicy baked tofu, chicken, or protein of your choice. This recipe is low-sodium and highly nutritious!
2 T Kelp with Cayenne Sea Seasonings®
2 T Dulse with Garlic
1 T each Oregano and Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne, or to taste
2 T Hungarian Paprika
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper, to taste
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 T Granulated Sugar or Sugar alternative
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake to combine.
To use, drizzle tofu, tempeh, or meat of choice with oil, then coat with seasoning mixture. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Bake, grill, sear, or sautée.
