                      Ingredients
- 
2-3 vine-ripened tomatoes, thinly sliced 
- 
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced 
- 
Fresh basil, leaves only 
- 
Extra virgin olive oil, drizzle 
- 
Balsamic glaze, drizzle 
- 
Fresh-cracked black pepper, to taste 
- 
            
Triple Blend Flakes, to taste 
- 
            
Sea Salt with Sea Veg, to taste 
Directions
- On a serving platter or large plate arrange the Cheese, individual Basil leaves, and Tomato slices, alternating them in that order 
- Sprinkle with the pepper and Sea Seasonings, then drizzle generously with EVOO and Balsamic Glaze 
- Sprinkle again, if desired. Serve with warm crusty bread and ENJOY!
