2-3 vine-ripened tomatoes, thinly sliced
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
Fresh basil, leaves only
Extra virgin olive oil, drizzle
Balsamic glaze, drizzle
Fresh-cracked black pepper, to taste

Triple Blend Flakes, to taste

Sea Salt with Sea Veg, to taste
Directions
On a serving platter or large plate arrange the Cheese, individual Basil leaves, and Tomato slices, alternating them in that order
Sprinkle with the pepper and Sea Seasonings, then drizzle generously with EVOO and Balsamic Glaze
Sprinkle again, if desired. Serve with warm crusty bread and ENJOY!
