Ingredients
Topping

1/2 C Rolled Oats
-
1/2 C Ginger Kelp Krunchies

1 C Flour, Gluten-free or Regular

2 T Sugar of choice
-
8 T Butter, Vegan or Dairy, room temperature

1/4 C Chopped Walnuts (OPTIONAL)
Filling
-
8 Apples, peeled, cored, and chopped

2 C Fresh Cranberries
-
Juice of 2 Limes
-
3 T Flour of choice
-
1 T Irish Moss Powder
-
3 tsp Cinnamon
-
4 T Sugar of choice
-
4 T Sugar of choice

4 T Maple Syrup
Directions
Set oven to 375.
Combine all dry topping ingredients, then chop in butter to form a crumble mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine all filling ingredients, then place in a greased 3 Qt baking dish.
Spread the topping over the mixture evenly. Bake for about 45 minutes, until top is crisp and filling is bubbly and aromatic.
Cool slightly, serve with your favorite ice cream or whipped topping.
