Ingredients

4 Cloves Garlic, minced

2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
6-8 oz Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms
-
1 tsp Sea Salt with Sea Veg
-
2 T Butter
-
1 C Heavy Cream
-
1 C Grated Parmesan
-
2 T Regular Dulse
-
or Smoked Dulse, snipped into pieces
-
½, 1 lb Package Fresh or Dry Fettuccine noodles, cooked to package instructions

Optional: additional Dulse pieces & chopped Fresh Basil for garnish
Directions
Sauté Garlic in Oil until fragrant and soft
Start boiling water (with a pinch of salt) for pasta
Add Mushrooms to Garlic, sauté 5 mins
Cook the Pasta & Drain, reserving 1/4 C cooking water
Add Butter & Salt, sauté until it melts, then add Heavy Cream & simmer 4 mins
Slowly add Parmesan, Pasta Water & Dulse
Combine the Pasta & Sauce & serve immediately
Garnish with more Dulse and/ or Fresh Basil, if desired
