The simple and savory crackers make a great addition to a fruit and cheese board or on their own as a toasty and satisfying snack.

Ingredients
1 ⅓ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
⅓ Cup Sesame Seeds, raw

⅓ Cup Dulse Flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl
Break up any clumps of cheese or Dulse flakes
Liberally grease the cups of two mini muffin tins
Place a full ½ Tbsp scoop of mixture into each cup
Press the mixture down with the flat end of a muddler or other flat object or with the tip of your finger
Bake in a 375° oven for 9 mins
Loosen with a butter knife, if necessary, and turn out onto a cutting board to cool
Once crackers have cooled completely, serve or transfer to a tightly sealed container
Crackers will stay crunchy and delicious for at least two weeks!
Recipe Note
This recipe can be adapted to use any other small seeds you have on hand, like flax, chia, or poppy, for instance. Also, feel free to add to or replace the Dulse Flakes with other flaked or granulated seaweed of your choice. Get healthy snackin'!
