Yield: 4, 1/2 lb servings or 8, 1/4 lb servings
- 2 lbs Fresh Brussels Sprouts
- 1/4 C EVO Oil
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt with Sea Veg
- 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Dulse-Garlic or Dulse Granules Sea Seasoning OR 1/4 C Whole Leaf Dulse (Regular or Applewood Smoked) snipped into small pieces
Preheat oven to 400. Wash and trim Brussels sprouts, cut in half lengthwise, leaving smaller ones whole, if desired. Place in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with the oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss again. Spread evenly, cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, then stir and check for browning. If they need more roasting, put them back in and check every few minutes until desired tenderness and toasting is reached. Garnish with more Dulse or Parmesan cheese, if desired.
