Dulse Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe

A perfect side dish to accompany any meat. fish, or veggie main course!

Ingredients

2 lbs fresh Brussels sprouts

1/8 C olive oil

1/4 tsp Sea Salt with Sea Veg

1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
-
1/4 tsp Dulse Granules Sea Seasoning

Additional whole leaf Dulse, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Wash and trim Brussels sprouts, cut in half lengthwise, leaving smaller ones whole, if desired.
Place in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with the oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with seasonings and toss again.
Spread evenly, cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, then stir and check for browning.
For extra Dulse flavor, add some pieces of whole leaf Dulse during last few minutes of roasting
If they need more roasting, put them back in and check every few minutes until desired tenderness and toasting is reached.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
