Ingredients

10-12 Plum Tomatoes, chopped small

4 Green Onions, sliced

1/2 Red Onion, minced

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

Juice of One Lime

1 Bunch Cilantro, chopped (optional)

1 tsp Cumin

1/2 tsp Oregano
-
1/2 tsp Sea Salt with Sea Veg

1 tsp Triple Blend
-
1/4-3/4 tsp Kelp with Cayenne, to taste

1/2 Cup Whole Leaf Alaria, snipped into small pieces with kitchen shears
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Allow to sit for at least a 1/2 hour to let flavors meld
Keeps in an airtight container, refrigerated for up to a week
