Blend up your favorite combination of fruit, juice, milk, and seaweed for a quick and healthy addition to your day. Seaweed boosts the nutrition and adds a pleasing briny flavor without overpowering the fruity goodness.

Ingredients
1 Cup Orange or other juice
1 Cup Dairy or Non-Dairy Milk of choice
One Frozen Banana
2 Cups frozen Berries or other fruit
1 tsp seaweed powder, any species
OR 1 T whole leaf seaweed, rehydrated in cold water for 5 minutes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
If mixture is too thick to pour, add water and repeat blending until easily poured
Recipe Note
Try adding yogurt for a richer, creamier texture. Any combination of fruit will work, but we really like Strawberry, Peach, and Mango here at Maine Coast Sea Vegetables for a delicious crew pick-me-up!
