                      Ingredients
- 
2 C Water 
- 
1 T Barley Miso 
- 
            
2-3 tsp Seaweed Flakes (any combination of Laver, Kelp, & Alaria) 
- 
            
1 tsp Alaria powder 
- 
2-3 T Extra Firm Tofu, in small cubes 
- 
1 Green Onion, sliced 
Directions
- Combine the water, miso, and seaweed flakes and powder in a small pot and bring to a boil 
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before pouring into a bowl 
- Garnish with tofu, sesame oil, and green onion 
Recipe Note
Add a dash of sriracha or other hot sauce, if desired.
