Ingredients
4 Russet Potatoes (2-2.5lbs), peeled, cut into 1 1/2” pieces

Sea Salt with Sea Veg, to taste
5-6 T unsalted Butter + more for serving
2 lightly packed C Kale, chopped

1 C Kelp, cut into pieces

or 1/2 C Kelp Flakes
3 Green Onions, minced (about 1/4 C)
1 C Milk or Cream
Directions
Put the cut potatoes in a pot covered with cold water by about an inch
Add Sea Salt with Sea Veg and bring to a boil
Boil until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 mins
Drain and return to pot to keep warm
In a separate pan, over medium heat, melt the butter and add the Kale, Kelp, and Green Onions
Cook for about 5 minutes, until wilted and tender
Pour the Milk or Cream in to the warm Potatoes and mash
Add the sautéed greens and Salt to taste
Transfer to a serving dish and add a few pats of Butter
