This bright, citrusy sauce is the perfect accompaniment to our Kelp-Alaria Latkes. It would go equally well as a garnish for fresh fish or seafood cakes.
Ingredients

1 T Sea Lettuce Flakes

8oz Plain Greek Yogurt

1 T Sesame Tahini
-
1 tsp Dulse with Garlic Sea Seasonings

1 T Lemon Juice
-
1 T Lemon Zest
-
1 Clove garlic, minced
-
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for emulsifying
Directions
In a dry skillet, toast the Sea Lettuce Flakes until just browned
In a bowl combine all of the ingredients, except the oil
Once thoroughly mixed, drizzle the oil in while whisking continuously
When the sauce is an even consistency it is ready to use
