This fresh and lite dip is a fantastic accompaniment to your favorite veggies or snack crackers. It can also be a wholesome addition to a veggie sandwich or in a pita with sprouts and tomato.
Ingredients
2 Cloves Oven-roasted Garlic, chopped
1 Can Cannellini Beans, drained & rinsed
1 tsp Lemon Zest

1 tsp Triple Blend Sea Seasoning

1 tsp Dulse with Garlic Sea Seasoning
2 1/2 T Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 tsp Sea Salt with Sea Veg
Directions
To Roast the Garlic
Start with an intact bulb. Slice off the top of the head & wrap it in foil
Drizzle with EVOO & sea salt, roast in a shallow pan at 400 for 50-60 mins
Allow to cool, then squeeze the cloves out for use in everything!
Assemble the dip
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor
Pulse at first, then process until smooth
Add additional oil or thin with water to meet desired consistency
Adjust the salt to taste and serve
