Protein Bites Rolled in Triple Blend Recipe

These Protein Bites make a great on-the-go snack that is filling and delivers a satisfying savory/sweet taste sensation.
Ingredients

3 C Rolled Oats

1 C Peanut Butter
-
½ C Maple Syrup
-
½ C Chopped Walnuts
-
Triple Blend for coating, about ⅓ C
Directions
Mix all ingredients except Triple Blend in a large bowl
Roll into 24 approximately 1” balls and arrange on a parchment lined sheet pan
Put the Triple Blend on a plate
Roll each ball in the Triple Blend, adding more to the plate if necessary
Chill the coated bites in the refrigerator for at least ½ hour
Recipe Note
This recipe is very easily adapted to personal taste. Try any type of seed or nut butter, or adding dried fruit, chocolate chips, seeds, or nuts.
