Whether you're looking for a bagel topping or a spread for a sandwich, this Sea Veggie Cream Cheese brings a ton of flavor and a varied texture with all those veggies!
Ingredients

2-8oz blocks Cream Cheese, room temperature

½ large Carrot, grated small

1 stalk Celery, shredded

2 Green Onions, green only, diced

1 tsp Dulse with Garlic

1 tsp Sugar Kelp Flakes

1 tsp Sea Lettuce Flakes

Soy Sauce, dash, to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, mash the room temperature Cream Cheese with a fork
Add the grated, shredded, and diced vegetables, as well as the seaweed
Mix to combine, adding a dash of Soy Sauce, if preferred
Serve as a spread for bagels or as dip for bagel chips
