Ingredients
5oz Plain Goat Cheese, room temperature
2 tsp Fresh Thyme
2 tsp Lemon Peel, grated
1 Clove Garlic, minced

2 T Triple Blend Flakes
5 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Place all ingredients, except for the olive oil, in a food processor
With the processor on, use the lid portal to drizzle the olive oil in slowly
Blend until a smooth texture is acquired
Allow to sit at room temperature for an hour before serving or refrigerate to serve several hours later
Serve as a spread for crackers, bagels, or as a sandwich condiment
