Ingredients
1 Quart whole Milk
1 Cup Quick Grits
3.5 oz Shredded Gruyere Cheese
1 1/2 Sticks Butter

1/4 tsp Sea Salt with Sea Veg

1/2 tsp Triple Blend
1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan
Directions
Bring the Milk to a boil in a sauce pan
In a separate saucepan, melt 1 stick of Butter
Add the Grits and melted Butter to the Milk gradually, stirring frequently
Add all of the Gruyere, the Sea Salt with Sea Veg, & the Triple Blend
Transfer to a greased casserole dish and smooth the surface with a spoon or spatula
While the Grits mixture cools slightly, melt the other 1/2 stick Butter
Make several cuts in the surface of the Grits and pour in the melted Butter
Sprinkle the Parmesan over the top
Sprinkle with additional triple Blend, if desired
Bake at 400° for 35 minutes
