By adding seaweed to tzatsiki it makes "tza-sea-iki". The combination creates a delicious dip for falafel or spanakopita triangles, also a proven winner as a sandwich or bagel spread!

Ingredients
-
1 English Cucumber
-
2 tsp Sea Salt with Sea Veg (divided)

1 Large Garlic Clove, minced
-
Juice & Zest of 1/2 Lemon

1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
1 T each Fresh Mint & Dill, chopped

1/2 tsp Dulse with Garlic
-
1/2 tsp Laver Granules
-
24 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
Directions
Grate the cucumber and toss with 1 tsp of the salt
Drain in a fine sieve and squeeze to dry
Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl
When the cucumber is as dry as possible add it to the dip
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
