Dulse Corn Chowder Recipe

Ingredients

1 T butter or oil
-
1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup water
-
2 - 3 medium potatoes, cubed

1/2 lb fresh or frozen corn
-
1 quart milk or cream (dairy or non-dairy)

1/2 tsp tarragon, dry or fresh
-
1 oz regular or smoked dulse, cut in bite-size pieces

Sea Salt with Sea Veg Sea Seasoning

Black pepper, to taste
Directions
Saute onion in butter or oil until translucent
Add water, corn, and potatoes and bring to a boil
Reduce to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes
Add cream, tarragon, and dulse. Do not boil.
Season with sea salt and pepper
Top with additional dulse, if desired. Enjoy!
