Yield: 6-8 Servings

  • 1 T Butter or Oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2-3 medium Potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 lb Fresh or Frozen Corn
  • 1 Quart Milk or Cream (Dairy or Non-dairy)
  • 1/2 tsp Tarragon, dry or fresh
  • 1 oz Regular or Smoked Dulse, cut in bite-size pieces
  • Sea Salt with Sea Veg Sea Seasoning & Black Pepper, to taste

Saute onion in butter or oil until translucent. Add water, corn, and potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Add cream, tarragon, and dulse. Do not boil. Season with sea salt and pepper. Dulse will soften and fall into pieces. Top with additional dulse, if desired.
