Try this Cajun inspired seasoning combo that's fantastic on shrimp, but can kick up any fish, beef, poultry, or meat alternative several notches!

Ingredients
1 lb Large Raw Shrimp, peeled
1 T Paprika
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Cayenne
1 1/2 tsp Sugar

1 T Dulse with Garlic

1 T Kelp with Cayenne
Directions
Thaw Shrimp in a bowl of water for 30 minutes
Peel the Shrimp, pat dry, set aside
Place all of the seasonings in a bowl and stir to combine
Add the Shrimp & enough seasoning mixture to thoroughly coat it when tossed
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet with a coating of Oil in the bottom over medium-high heat
Once the Oil is heated and just beginning to smoke, add the Shrimp, working in batches, in a single layer, being sure not to overcrowd them
Allow to brown on one side, about 1 minute, without stirring
Then carefully turn each one over and cook the other side
Transfer to a plate and repeat, adding more oil as necessary
